One treatment, planned around the area.

Manufacturer patient information for Exilis describes a non-invasive treatment combining radiofrequency heating and ultrasound. Depending on your concern and the area assessed, Dermière may consider its Ultra Exilis service for the appearance of skin laxity, lines or a localised area of unwanted fullness. The clinic can confirm the exact device model and locally applicable protocol during consultation.

This page is a guide, not a diagnosis or promise of outcome. A Dermière professional must confirm whether the treatment is appropriate for you, which area can be treated and how many visits belong in your plan.

What it may support.

Suitability and realistic expectations are decided during assessment. Treatment is not a substitute for medical weight management, surgery or a healthy lifestyle.

Skin firmness

The platform may be considered when the goal is a firmer-looking treatment area or support for the appearance of mild skin laxity.

Visible lines

For selected facial areas, a clinician may discuss Ultra Exilis as part of a non-invasive approach to visible fine lines and signs of ageing.

Body contour support

For selected body areas, the consultation can explore whether the technology suits a localised contour concern. It is not a weight-loss treatment.

Personalised planning

The treatment area, energy settings, visit spacing and aftercare depend on your assessment and the clinic's protocol.

Your consultation pathway.

A clear sequence keeps the treatment tied to your concern rather than forcing every client into the same package.

01

Assess the area

Discuss the change you want, relevant health history, previous procedures and the area you are considering.

02

Set the plan

If suitable, the clinician explains the treatment area, session plan, expected sensation, aftercare and realistic limitations.

03

Treat and review

The handpiece is moved across the selected area while comfort is monitored. Progress is reviewed before further sessions are recommended.

Controlled warmth, with comfort monitored.

BTL patient materials describe the sensation as comparable to a warm massage. Your experience can differ according to the area and settings, so tell the provider immediately if anything feels uncomfortable.

Before your visit: share your complete health history, medicines, previous procedures, and any implanted or wearable medical device. The clinic will decide whether treatment should proceed.

After your visit: follow the personalised instructions provided by the clinic. Contact the clinic if you experience an unexpected or concerning reaction.

Questions before you book.

Is Ultra Exilis a surgical treatment?

No. The manufacturer describes Exilis Ultra 360 as non-invasive and using no needles or scalpels. A clinic assessment is still required to confirm that the treatment is suitable for you.

How many sessions will I need?

There is no one schedule for every person or treatment area. Dermière's current guide lists a single session at ₱900 and a five-session package at ₱3,500; your clinician should recommend a plan only after assessment.

Which areas can be treated?

The technology is designed for selected face and body areas. Dermière will confirm whether your specific concern and area can be treated with this device.

When will I notice a change?

Timing and degree of visible change vary between people, areas and treatment plans. The clinic should explain what is realistic for your concern and when progress can be reviewed.

What should I disclose during consultation?

Share your health history, medicines, allergies, current conditions, previous aesthetic or surgical procedures, and any implanted or wearable medical device. This helps the clinician screen for reasons to delay or avoid treatment.

Start with the area you want to discuss.

Tell the Dermière team your concern and preferred schedule. They can arrange the appropriate consultation and confirm current availability.
